What is Aurelia?

The name Aurelia evokes a place of beauty, desirability, and classic Italian elegance. At its heart, the name draws inspiration from “Aureus,”​ the beautiful Latin root word for gold; and “Aura” – a distinctive atmosphere or quality surrounding a person, thing, or place. Aurelia suggests something intrinsically beautiful – a mood, an atmosphere, an aura, if you will, of elegance.

THE EXPERIENCE OF WALKING INTO THE LOBBY

To feel a sense of “meraviglia” – a feeling of wonder and amazement – on entering their homes. As for the grand lobby space – we fell in love with the movement of the Filipino Terno and custom-designed a stunning chandelier inspired by this traditional garment, reconstructing the beautiful effect of the twisted fabric.

With its prime location in Bonifacio Global City, Aurelia Residences offers commanding views across the city and beyond.

One of the key architectural challenges was to maximize the viewing angles throughout the tower, across all floors, and in all orientations. The signature Aurelia three-petal form provides an elegant architectural solution to this challenge by opening up the façade to dramatic views in all directions.

To the north, stunning views of the Manila Golf Club, Forbes Park and the Makati skyline with Manila Bay on the horizon. To the South-East, the serene view of Laguna Bay in the distance.

What is Aurelia Residences?

Aurelia Residences is a limited collection of 285 bespoke residences at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, the fastest-growing central business district in the Philippines. It will be one of the most coveted addresses in the Philippines, in a location defined by the extraordinary cosmopolitan skyline views and the lush greens of Manila Golf Club, Manila Polo Club, and Forbes Park.

The Units

There will be a total of 285 units.

A typical floor will have six (6) units, divided among three (3) wings. The West wing will have 98 units, the East wing will have 96 units, and the South wing will have 91 units.

A Three-Bedroom Deluxe unit is approximately 240 to 242 sqm in size.

A Three-Bedroom Premier A unit is approximately 259 to 284 sqm in size.

A Typical Three-Bedroom Signature unit is approximately 335 to 339 sqm in size.

All units from level 3 and up will have balconies.

Procedures

To reserve a unit at Aurelia Residences, buyers must first pay a Reservation Fee of Php 1,000,000, sign the Reservation Agreement, and fill out the Buyer’s Information Sheet. For those who wish to purchase a parking slot, a reservation fee of Php 50,000 is also required (parking slots are pre-assigned).

The down payment is due 30 days after reservation. Post-dated checks are required for all payment schemes.

The reservation fee is deductible from the down payment but is non-refundable.

Yes, a Condominium Certificate of Title is given for each unit, and separately for each parking slot.
